SHIPPING POLICY
Chorley oak aims to dispatch all standard orders within 3 business days of cleared payment.
Shipping is free for all orders above £50 total order value and £4.99 under £50
Delivery is by 24-48hr courier, carriers vary dependant on size of product, you will receive full tracking details on dispatch.
IMPORTANT
Please note that all deliveries require an adult present at the address to receive the delivery, our couriers will not leave items outdoors or unattended.
If you miss your delivery don't worry, once a delivery has been attempted you can rearrange delivery to a more convenient day via the carrier's own tracking page
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Chorley Oak is proud to offer a 30 day no quibble return/refund policy, please get in touch if you wish to return your item.
(customer is responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective products, we can provide a pre-paid label with our courier and deduct the fee from refund if requested)
Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48hrs of receipt and will be replaced/repaired/refunded at our discretion
